Hello! I am thrilled to be entering into my 12th year at Fletcher Miller! I have been a Special Education Teacher for 15 years and this is my second year as an Instructional Coach. Prior to joining the Fletcher Miller Team, I was a Special Education Teacher in Melbourne, Australia. This school is my passion. I love the students, staff, families and believe deeply in our mission. As an Instructional Coach I enjoy serving our teachers and staff to support their professional goals and development. We have the most amazing, dedicated staff at Fletcher Miller, and it is a true gift to work here. When I am not an Instructional Coach, I am a Mom and a Wife. I love spending time gardening, cooking, playing in the mountains, traveling, and playing tennis.

HI! I'm Nickie! I am excited to be moving into my new role as Instructional Coach this year after teaching at Miller for 6 years. I love Fletcher Miller and feel blessed to spend every school day with the best students, co-workers, and families around! I am passionate about the instruction and experiences we offer our students and love working collaboratively with team members to empower students to unlock their fullest potential. When I'm not at work, you can find me chasing around my two kids, traveling, cooking, or laughing waaaay too hard at ridiculous memes online.
