Clubs & Activities

Fletcher Miller School provides lots of opportunities to work on our communication skills, friendships and daily life skills. Here are just a few:

Boy and Girl Scouts

The Girl Scout program “Focus on Abilities” is once again being offered to Fletcher Miller girls in first grade through high school. Scouting is designed to be flexible to meet the needs of all girls. No matter a girl’s needs, abilities or talents, she can participate in scouts.

The program gives each girl the chance to belong to a group of girls with a common interest, to learn, work and play together. All girls can learn new skills, enrich their school experience and develop leadership skills in a supportive learning environment.

All meetings are held during school hours and are facilitated by Karrie Adamson from the Girl Scout office. Meetings take place approximately twice a month on Wednesdays at 10-10:30 a.m.

The girls participate in the annual Girl Scout Cookie Sale in February or March, with all proceeds from the sale funding an end-of-the-year field trip for the girls.

Contact Mary Rose Hartmann, faculty coordinator, at 303-982-7200 for more information.

Yearbook

A group of Fletcher Miller secondary students help design and create the school yearbook.
